Article III Elections and Voting
1.Nomination and Voting Process: The Secretary will send out nomination forms forty-five(45) days before the general membership meeting. Nominations must be received by the Secretary within thirty (30) days prior to the annual membership meeting. The Secretary will prepare numbered ballots and mail one to each member in good standing fifteen (15) days before the general membership meeting. Ballots must be received by the Secretary prior to the general membership meeting. The results will be announced at the general membership meeting.
Article IV Directors and Officers
1.Board of Directors: The Board shall be comprised of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and five other members in good standing, To provide continuity, two (2) of the five (5) members will serve a two year term and three of the five members will serve one year terms. The Board will serve until their successors are elected. General management of the Clubs affairs shall be entrusted to the Board of Directors.
2.Officers: The Clubs' officers shall consist of the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
A.President: the President shall preside at all meetings of the Club and of the Board, and shall oversee all functions of the Club.
B.Vice President: the Vice President shall have the duties and exercise the powers of the President in case of the President's death, absence, or incapacity. The Vice President shall oversee all the trials, trial committees, and workday sessions.
C.Secretary: the Secretary shall keep a record of all meetings of the Club, the Board, and other matters ordered by the Club. The secretary shall have charge of correspondence and keep an updated copy of the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and membership list. The Secretary will oversee the dissemination of the Clubs' official publication informing the members of club activities, and meeting dates.
D.Treasurer: The Treasurer shall collect and receive all moneys due or belonging to the Club. The Treasurer shall deposit the same in a bank designated by the Board in the name of the Club. The Treasurer's books shall at all times be open to inspection of the Board. The Treasurer shall report to them at every meeting the Club's finances and every item of receipt or payment not before reported. At the annual meeting the Treasurer shall render an account of all moneys received and expended during the previous fiscal year. The Treasurer shall oversee the membership chair.
